To all Council Members

The attached you will be aware was published in the Ringing World 09.09.16. We sent it to all Association Secretaries 9 September 2016 at 09:11, asking them to disseminate within their Guilds and Associations, so all ringers have an opportunity to tell us what they think. The more people we reach the better informed we will be. We welcome comments from all ringers but as our timescales are quite tight we look forward to all Association Secretaries publishing our request to their members as and when they are able to, through whatever media they utilise and have available to them.
