Friday 15th November saw the annual Ringing and Hot Lunch at Surfleet. This year it happened on a Friday for the first time following the poor attendance at last years event. Almost thirty ringers were in attendance and various things were attempted from rounds and call changes to through bob minor and major to Stedman Triples and Grandsire caters and Yorkshire Royal. We also tried double Stedman doubles rung as two sets of six on the front and back. This was followed by a lovely meal prepared by Annette and her team of helpers. Thanks to all who attended, it seemed to be a success and hopefully we will do it again next year.
