Harrington quarter peal
On Monday 20 August a quarter peal of Plain Bob Singles was rung in 39 minutes by three young ringers with an average of 14 years 184 days; two from St Wilfrid's church, Alford, and Gemma Evans (centre) from St Helena's, Willoughby, in memory of Keith N Buckingham.
Keith was instrumental in teaching the new band when Harrington bells were rehung in 2000. He would have appreciated this tribute by young ringers.
